1. About DealRank

DealRank is an online visibility and ranking service that allows businesses and other eligible users to submit listings for display on a public leaderboard.

By using DealRank, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law to enter into an agreement and use the DealRank service.

If you submit a listing on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Listings

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the information submitted to DealRank.

You must not submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of another person or business.
