DealRank is a visibility and ranking service that allows businesses and other eligible advertisers to submit a listing and compete for visibility on the DealRank public leaderboard.
What do you purchase?
When you make a payment through DealRank, you purchase participation and visibility within the DealRank service according to the offer, price and rules displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
The amount paid may affect the position of a listing according to DealRank's ranking rules. The ranking may change when other users submit or update their listings.
What DealRank does not guarantee
Payment does not guarantee sales, customers, leads, website visits, revenue, advertising performance or any particular commercial result.
DealRank does not guarantee that a listing will remain in a particular position for any specific period of time unless this is expressly stated in the offer purchased.
How the ranking works
DealRank uses the information submitted by users and the applicable ranking rules to determine the order in which listings are displayed.
Rankings may change over time as new listings are submitted, existing listings change or DealRank modifies its ranking system.
Business responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate, lawful and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
DealRank may reject, remove or restrict listings that violate its rules, applicable law or the rights of other users.
Payments
Payments are processed through PayPal. DealRank does not receive or store your PayPal password or payment-card credentials.
The applicable price is shown before payment. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms applicable to the service purchased.
Transparency
DealRank is designed to provide a clear and public ranking environment. A paid listing should not be interpreted as an endorsement, guarantee or certification of the business, product or service being promoted.
